How do I place an order? Deliveries & Enquires 

​Place your order online through the Shop Session or send us an email at hello@fermento.com.au to place your order. 

We only delivery to The Northern Beaches NSW with a minimum spend of $30 ( delivered included).  Alternatively place your order online and pick up at The Markets. 

We are at Tumarruma Markert every Wednesday & Sundays at Mona Vale Markets. 

Deliveries at the Northern Beaches area only, please allow additional 2 days to receive your order.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. If you have been charged for an order but haven't received a confirmation email please contact us.

 

If you prefer to pay in cash or pay with card. Please place your oder through email hello@fermento.com.au with quantity and product details . 

 

Can I add something to my order once it's been placed? 

Please contact us and we will be happy to change or amend your order. 

How much does delivery cost? and when will I get my order?

We have a minimum of $30 spend at our online website and we will delivery at no cost but only at The northern Beaches area.  Alternatively, please find us at the markets. Locations are at " Contact Us" in our webpage. 

Orders usually takes 2 business days to be delivered. We do not delivery on weekends.​​​

What If I am not home to receive my order?

We recommend that you have your Holy Fermento products delivered to a location where someone can look after them. As our products must be refrigerate at all times. We can not take responsibility for any spoilage if at upon delivery the products are not taken properly care. 

I have received a wrong item or something is missing from my order. 

We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist. 

What payment methods do you accept online?

Payment for an online order can be made via following : Debit/ credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Payment for an email order can be made via following : Debit/Credit ( square payment) or cash paid at the delivery time. 

What is your refund police? 

If you are not happy with your experience online or if you find any product fault please contact us. We will work to resolve your concerns.Any complains can be submitted via email at hello@holyfermento.com.au

Any decision to grant a refund will be at our discretion ( subject to our legal obligations) but we will always endeavour to address any complaints to our customers satisfaction.We will process any approved refunds within 5 business days of approval.

Holy Fermento are Handcrafted in Australia. We order our ingredients from local farmers around Australia. 

Does your product expire? Is it safe to eat after It's expired?

All our packged products include a best before date on the labelling. To ensure you get the full holy fermento flavour experience, we recommend enjoying them before that date.  Y
